Ghost Protocol
Social media, handled

Your social media ghostwriter.

Hand it your photos and flyers once. Ghost Protocol posts them to Instagram, Facebook and X all week, at the times your people are actually looking, while you get on with your day.

The web app and phone app are coming. Founding members get in first, with their first month free.

Why it exists

Posting every day is a second job you never signed up for.

Everyone says you have to post consistently. Nobody says it means writing, resizing and posting the same thing to three apps, every day, forever. So it slips, and the people who would have come never hear about it.

Doing it yourself

  • Remember to post. Every day. On three apps.
  • Guess what time people are scrolling.
  • Post the flyer once and hope everyone saw it.
  • Forget the thank-you post because you were busy actually doing the thing.
  • Go quiet the week you're busiest, which is when it matters most.

With Ghost Protocol

  • Upload once from your phone. It posts for days.
  • It learns the times your posts reach the most people.
  • Your post shows up again before the date, so nobody misses it.
  • One-time posts go out at the exact minute you choose.
  • You get a plain-English report every Sunday. That's it.
7 posts a week on Instagram, Facebook and X
10 hours a month back

Estimate: about 20 minutes per post to write, size and put up on three apps by hand.

Try it

Plan a week in 20 seconds.

Pick what you'd post. Choose the days and how often. Watch your week fill up.

Who it's for

Anyone who grows when people see them.

If more eyes on your posts means more fans, more customers or more readers, Ghost Protocol keeps them coming without you living on your phone.

More for bands and musicians, clothing brands and resellers. New to developer apps? Read the setup guide.

For bands and musicians

Your whole concert promo, in five minutes.

You've got a show Saturday. You made the flyer. Here's the rest of the week without you touching social media again.

  1. Upload the flyer

From your phone, right after you make it. Pick the days and how often, then add the thank-you post.

  2. It posts for you

Twice a day on Instagram, Facebook and X, at the times your fans are actually scrolling.

  3. One last push

"Tonight. Doors at 7." Goes out while you're loading in.

  4. The thank-you post

Fires right after your set, while the crowd is still buzzing and looking at their phones.

An example of how a band would use it.

What it does

Everything a ghostwriter would do. Except write your captions for you.

You write it once. It does the remembering, the scheduling and the posting.

Post from your phone

Snap it or upload it, pick the days, done. The phone app and the website stay in sync.

Exact-minute posts

One-time posts go out at the minute you choose. Thank-you posts, last calls, drop times, doors open.

Learns your best times

It watches what reaches the most people and leans that way, and tells you honestly when it isn't sure yet.

Campaigns

A show, a drop, a sale, a launch: run it for exactly the dates you pick, on top of your everyday posts.

A library that never runs dry

Upload a batch, or connect your Shopify, WooCommerce or eBay store. Everything stays in rotation.

A report every Sunday

What went out, what did best, and anything that needs you. In plain English, in your inbox.

Your accounts, your rules

Posts through your own apps. Not ours.

Most scheduling tools post through one shared app. When one customer breaks the rules, everyone's posting can get cut off. Ghost Protocol doesn't work that way.

  • Your own Meta and X developer appsYour posting never depends on anyone else's behavior. Step-by-step guides walk you through setting them up.
  • Your keys, locked awayYour app keys and sign-ins are encrypted on servers we own and run. Never shared, never sold.
  • Your content stays yoursNo ads, no selling your data, no training AI on your posts.
  • Stop any timePause or cancel and nothing is deleted until you say so.
Pricing

One price for everything. Pick how you run it.

Every plan includes Instagram, Facebook and X, unlimited scheduled posts, exact-minute posts and the Sunday report.

Questions people ask

When does it open?

We're building the web app and phone app now. Everyone on the early-access list gets an email the day it opens, before anyone else.

How much will it cost?

$29 a month, or $290 a year. Founding members who join before launch get their first month free on monthly, or 2 months free on yearly. Ghost Protocol for Windows, which runs on your own PC, is $399 a year.

Does it write my posts for me?

No. You write your captions, or reuse the ones you have. Ghost Protocol does the remembering, the timing and the posting. Your voice stays your voice.

Why do I need my own developer apps?

So your posting never depends on anyone else. With a shared app, one person breaking the rules can get everyone cut off. Setup guides walk you through it.

Can I post articles and links?

Yes, on X and Facebook. Instagram doesn't allow clickable links in captions, so there your post goes out as an image and caption. Note that X charges its developers more for posts with a link; the setup guide has the numbers.

Does it cost anything to post on X?

X charges whoever owns the developer app, which is you: about 1.5 cents a post, 20 cents if it has a link (October 2026). Instagram and Facebook don't charge. See the setup guide.

Is there a version I can use today?

Yes. Ghost Protocol for Windows runs on your own PC today. See the Windows version.

Write it once. Let it post all week.
