Ghost Protocol web app and phone app
1. The service
Ghost Protocol schedules your content and posts it to Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn through developer apps you own. You're responsible for your content, and for following each platform's rules.
2. Your account and your developer apps
- You must be 18 or older, and give accurate account information.
- You own and control your Meta, X and LinkedIn developer apps. Any fees a platform charges for using its API are billed to you by that platform (for example, X charges per post; see X's current pricing). We don't control those fees.
- If a platform limits or closes your app or account, posting to that platform stops until it's resolved with them.
- You're responsible for everyone you invite to your business, and for what they post.
3. Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and post it, only to provide Ghost Protocol to you. You confirm you have the right to post it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Ghost Protocol for spam, illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, harassment, or anything that breaks Meta's, X's or LinkedIn's rules. We can suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans, billing and the founding-member offer
- Monthly ($29) or yearly ($290), billed in advance through Stripe, and renewing automatically until you cancel.
- Founding members (businesses created on or before December 31, 2026) get their first month free on the monthly plan, or 2 extra months on the yearly plan.
- Cancel at any time. Ghost Protocol keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except that a yearly plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of its first charge.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
6. Availability
We work to keep Ghost Protocol running, but we can't promise it will never be down, and posts may be delayed by us or by the platforms. There's no uptime guarantee.
7. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel or we close your account, you can download your content for 30 days, after which it's deleted.
8. Limits on liability
Ghost Protocol is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Async Systems isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
